These instructions apply to both Pre-Start and End-Shift checklists.

Odometer and hub-meter locations

Shown to drivers for each vehicle. These are shared between both checklists.

System-wide inspection rules

These rules are currently enforced on both checklists: confirmation declaration, explanation for each failed item, and recording of odometer faults. They cannot be disabled in this version.

Records and retention

Target record retention: 3 years. Automatic archiving, deletion and backups are not yet configured. This setting is informational only.
